Ingredients
GARLIC BUTTER- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/3 cup ranch
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 whole green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions or diced red onions
- 1 large round loaf of bread
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- green onions
Instructions
MAKE THE GARLIC BUTTER- In a small bowl, mix butter with parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- To a large bowl, add the shredded chicken along with buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, cilantro, green bell pepper, and onion.
- Mix until combined. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the loaf to the tray.
- Cut out a large hole in the center of the loaf and remove any extra stuffing as if you were making a bread bowl.
- With the bread on the edge, cut little sections 2/3 to 3/4 of the way down all the way around.
- Brush with garlic butter between each section and all along the outside of the bread.
- Stuff the center with the buffalo chicken dip and cover with a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until beautifully golden. If the bread is toasting too fast, cover it with foil.
- Optional, broil at the end for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to get the cheese bubbly and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce and ranch on top along with a garnish of green onions to enjoy!
