Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • juice of 1 whole lemon
  • juice of 2 whole oranges
  • 3 to 4 pieces of raw ginger
  • 3 pieces of raw turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. To a food processor, add all the ingredients above and blend until completely smooth and bright yellow/orange.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and set in the freezer overnight.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container to store in the freezer and use whenever needed.
Tips & Notes
Feel free to customize anything to your taste like adding more honey. You can also add cayenne powder if you want a more spicy kick. Instead of water, you can also use orange juice, pineapple juice, or coconut water. I suggest using water if you plan to use this in tea but if you plan to turn them into drinkable shots, opt for fruit juice or coconut water.

I LOVE this recipe so much!! I’ve made it more than 5x already. I make them for my nephews and nieces that are in high school and college to keep them healthy. I also make it for my husband and I as well. We are both essential workers. Thank you so much for sharing.
