Cookie Butter Cold Foam

Dunkin’s Cookie Butter Cold Foam but at home and even better! It tastes like the holidays in a cup from the warm spices in the biscoff cookies we all know and love.

How to Make the Cold Foam

Making cold foam from scratch is so easy! It is no secret at all so if you love the foam at Starbucks, you can make it right at home now. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to whip up. Here are the ingredients you need:

  • heavy whipping cream
  • two percent milk
  • vanilla extract
  • cookie butter

To a microwave-safe bowl or cup, add the cookie butter. Microwave for 30 seconds just to heat it up so it becomes a liquid.

Then to the same bowl/cup, add the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Combine together until smooth. If the mixture is not smooth, pop in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Mix together and now it should be completely smooth.

Use an electric handheld whisk to froth up the foam until thick and airy. If you are having trouble whisking it, you might need to chill the mixture for a few minutes in the fridge until it is cold. The colder the whipping cream, the easier it will be the foam it up.

Once it is thick and airy, you’ve now made cold foam!

Ways to Enjoy the Foam

There are so many ways to enjoy the foam. You can basically add it on top of any coffee drink that you like. For example, if you love cold brew, add the cookie butter cold foam on top. You can also make a latte or iced americano and finish it off with the cold foam.

You could even make an iced chai and add the cold foam on top! The spices in chai would pair so well with the taste of biscoff. Another option for those who prefer matcha over coffee is to make a matcha latte and finish it off with the cold foam.
