Preheat oven to 400F.
Coat chicken wings in olive oil and lemon juice and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix parmesan, zaatar, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the wings evenly in the dry seasoning.
Transfer the wings onto a baking pan with parchment paper and bake until cooked full through and slightly browned — about 40 minutes.
While the wings bake, make your dipping sauce by combining yogurt, mayo, tahini, lemon juice, dill, mint, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Serve your wings with the dipping sauce as an option on the side — delicious with or without!
