In a small bowl, add olive oil, chili powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and cayenne. Mix together.
If chicken breasts are thick, cut across in half to get thinner breasts. You can also pound it out with a mallet so it is even.
Pour the marinade over the chicken and coat evenly.
Heat a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. If your pan sticks, spray with oil.
Add chicken to the pan and cook about 5 to 6 minutes each side or until the center is 165°F.
Cut into thin strips or small pieces and enjoy.
