To a large bowl, add the shrimp. Optional, butterfly the back of each shrimp to make them large.
Season the shrimp with paprika, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Add olive oil to a pan over high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp in, making sure not to overcrowd them. Sear on one side for 2 minutes or until golden and then flip over to sear the other side. Remove from the pan once fully cooked.
To the same pan, add more butter and minced garlic. Saute garlic for a minute and then add lemon juice to deglaze the pan. Scrape the bottom of the pan and add the chicken broth and red pepper flakes.
Bring the broth to a boil and then lower the heat. Add the parmesan and parsley.
Finally, add back in the shrimp. Combine all together, taste, and adjust anything to your linking.
