Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut bread slices into 3 strips. Set aside.
Add frosted flakes to a ziplock bag. Crush using your hand or a rolling pin. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and cinnamon.
Over medium-high heat, slightly butter a skillet or pan.
Dunk the strips of bread one at at into the wet mixture on each side, letting any excess drip off. Then dunk into the crushed frosted flakes on both side, slightly pressing with hands so it adheres.
Place on the pan and repeat with just enough sticks to not crowd the pan. After the first side is golden, flip over and allow the other side to get golden. Repeat the same steps until all the strips are dunked and fried. Transfer onto a baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
While still hot, enjoy by dunking in maple syrup or enjoy as is.
