In a small bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a second small bowl, whisk together 2 eggs with a tiny pinch of salt and black pepper.
In a third small bowl, whisk together panko breadcrumbs, paprika, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the blocks of halloumi cheese on a cutting board. Slice into small squares or rectangles.
Dip each piece first into the flour mixture and shake off any excess. Then dip into the egg mixture and let any excess drip off. Last, dip into the panko breadcrumb mixture. Repeat until all are breaded.
Add some vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat to 350°F.
Drop the nuggets in and fry until they are golden brown all around. It only takes a few minutes.
Take out of the oil and place on a plate with a paper towel to soak any excess oil.
Serve with some marinara or even honey for some sweet and salty fusion.
