Chimichurri Steak

Chimichurri – The pesto or ketchup of Argentina! It’s a simple sauce that can be made in minutes to elevate your grilled meats and that will definitely impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsl
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons grape, pomegranate, or cranberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • salt to taste

Instructions 

Start Cooking
  1. Combine all the ingredients in one bowl. Serve on top of grilled meat or cook meat in the sauce. **If in a rush and don't have the time to chop all your ingredients separately, you can throw it all in a blender. But, this is not the best to do, because when you chop it and mix it a spoon, you get a nicer heterogeneous mixture!
