  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

BUFFALO DIP

  • 12 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 whole green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions or diced red onions

FOR ASSEMBLY

  • 1 large round loaf of bread
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • green onions

Instructions

MAKE THE GARLIC BUTTER

  1. In a small bowl, mix butter with parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano.

MAKE THE BUFFALO DIP

  1. To a large bowl, add the shredded chicken along with buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, cilantro, green bell pepper, and onion.
  2. Mix until combined. Set aside.

ASSEMBLE AND BAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the loaf to the tray.
  3. Cut out a large hole in the center of the loaf and remove any extra stuffing as if you were making a bread bowl.
  4. With the bread on the edge, cut little sections 2/3 to 3/4 of the way down all the way around.
  5. Brush with garlic butter between each section and all along the outside of the bread.
  6. Stuff the center with the buffalo chicken dip and cover with a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until beautifully golden. If the bread is toasting too fast, cover it with foil.
  8. Optional, broil at the end for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to get the cheese bubbly and crispy.
  9. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce and ranch on top along with a garnish of green onions to enjoy!
