BBQ Salmon Tacos

These salmon tacos take all the flavors of a delicious summer BBQ and pack it into the most delicious taco. It's the perfect weeknight dinner to make in under 30 minutes and the air fryer does all the work. The salmon turns out flakey in the center, crispy on the outside, and the flavor is both smokey and sweet!

Notes

This recipe pairs perfectly with a cilantro jalapeño sauce. Instead of plain yogurt though, I would swap it for sour cream.
