EQUIPMENT

  • Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil
  • baking tray or wire rack

BAKED BRIE

  • 8 ounces round brie
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • cup apricot jam
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • pinch of lemon zest, optional
  • thyme springs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a baking tray or rack with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil. Add the round of brie to the center of the tray or rack.
  3. Make diagonal cuts along the top of the brie just through the rind but not too much deeper. Make cuts going the opposite directions too so there is a cross-cut pattern.
  4. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Next, add the apricot jam on top and then the chopped walnuts.
  5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and lemon zest and finish with a sprig of thyme in the center.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is very soft and creamy. Take it out of the oven and enjoy warm!
