Paleo Banana Bread
Paleo Banana Bread that is sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth and soul! The key to this recipe is to get your bananas as dark as possible. Don’t be afraid of brown bananas – it just means they are sweeter.
Feel free to use any add ons in your banana bread but I love walnuts and chocolate chips. If you are looking for some paleo chocolate options, my favorite is Eating Evolved Cashew Milk. I have yet to find Paleo Chocolate Chips so I usually submit to using any chips I can find or Enjoy Life which are dairy-, soy-, and gluten-free. If you know of any, please share.
